Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Standard untreated in-stock items are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. Custom, stained, or painted orders takes additional time (approximately 4 – 6 weeks) to complete before dispatch.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are in their original condition. All returns are subject to inspection. Please note that painted, stained, or custom furniture cannot be returned, so ensure your chosen colour and finish are correct before confirming your order.
Log in to your Lotters account, go to “My Addresses”, and update your shipping information. If you’ve already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible to adjust your details before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time. For custom, stained, or painted furniture, tracking updates will be sent once your order has completed production and is ready for shipping. If you have any questions about your order status, our customer service team is always available to assist.

Currently, Lotters delivers within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we’re continuously expanding our services and may introduce cross-border delivery in the future.
In most cases, your items will be delivered together. Larger orders or multiple furniture pieces may arrive in separate deliveries, depending on size and availability. Lotters also offers a professional assembly service, ensuring your furniture is set up correctly and ready to enjoy from day one.
