Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
Processing Your Order
All orders are carefully prepared and inspected by our team to ensure the highest quality. Custom or made-to-order items, including painted or stained furniture, may take a little longer to prepare. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way.
Shipping & Delivery
At Lotters, we handle shipping ourselves to make sure your furniture arrives safely and on time.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver directly to your home or business within Gauteng.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Standard untreated in-stock items are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. Custom, stained, or painted orders takes additional time (approximately 4 – 6 weeks) to complete before dispatch.
- Delivery Process: Our professional delivery team will handle your furniture with care. We coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We aim to keep our delivery fees fair and transparent.

- For painted or stained furniture, all sales are final, as these items are custom-prepared to your specifications. Please confirm your colour and finish before completing your purchase.
