Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- All returns are subject to inspection to ensure the product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Once inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement of the same item (or similar item if out of stock).
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on painted or stained furniture. Customers must ensure that the chosen colour and finish are correct before confirming the order, as these items are final sale and cannot be modified or refunded once completed.
- Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or damage identified upon delivery.
